Natural Wood
Wood provides a natural character and adds long-lasting value to a home. With a selection of species, finishes and colors we can find just what you have in mind. Wood is a comfortable, natural insulator and to create longevity it should be sealed or finished in moist areas. Wood is not suitable for installation below ground level.

Engineered wood (Pergo)
For the look and feel of solid wood without the price tag, consider Engineered wood. Engineered wood has a veneer layer of wood and a multi-layered backing crisscrossed beneath. It is a good choice for below-grade installations as its laminated construction adds stability.

Ceramic Tiles
Ceramic tiles come in many colors, styles, patterns and degrees of sheen. Light colors and larger-sized tiles will make your room appear larger, while darker, smaller tiles can make a room seem smaller and cozier.

For easy-to-clean and stain resistant tiles consider a glazed tile. Grout color is also very important: white or light grouts can be hard to keep clean. Selecting a darker grout will save you considerable time on maintenance, but all grout will need periodic sealing.

Cork
Cork flooring is a very beautiful and durable choice. The softness and give of the floor causes less of a grinding action with normal foot traffic than on harder surfaces such as hardwood floors. Cork flooring tends to have a longer life and can be repaired if damaged.

Natural Stone
Natural stone comes in a wide variety of types and colors. It adds texture and character as well as value to your home. Stone floors can last a lifetime, but the more porous stones require care, including periodic sealing against stains. In any natural material, there will be considerable variation in color, consistency and pattern, this variation is part of what makes wood and stone both natural and beautiful.
